The permit application (for “exceptional transport” or “abnormal/oversize vehicle movement”) is submitted via the official MyGuichet.lu portal. It can also be requested by email.

For national highways or sections of national roads

Main portal Note: Customs office (for international transport crossing a Polish border) — Issuance of a “border crossing permit” when the convoy is international. The address depends on the relevant customs office — to be determined according to the entry border point. This service can issue the permit upon import.
